Curriculum
By integrating the strengths of Reggio Emilia, Montessori, play-based, and nature-led learning styles, we create a comprehensive educational framework that:
- Respects and nurtures each child’s individuality and potential.
- Provides a rich, stimulating environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and creativity.
- Fosters independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on and project-based learning.
- Encourages learning through play and direct interactions with nature, promoting holistic development and environmental stewardship.
- Values the collaboration and partnership of teachers, parents, and the community in the educational process.
This integrated approach aims to develop well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also socially and emotionally resilient, environmentally conscious, and equipped with the skills necessary for lifelong learning and responsible citizenship.

Time to learn our ABC's, shapes and colors all around us in the great outdoors. Our nature preschool classes are filled with activities to increase development of fine and gross motor skills. We are similar to a Forest Kindergarten in that our classes run 100% outdoors.
Outdoors is perfect for preschool and pre-K children to learn about textures, science, animals, landforms and anything else that catches their attention. We focus on Exploring, Discovering, Observing to answer Why.
Bring your own lunch. Teachers will share a Special ABC treat once a week, followed with a rest period involving a story, yoga, or mindfulness activity. Minimum 2 day commitment required for continuity.
